A pre-paid credit scheme set up with my clients in mind!

• Adding content to the website in the form of text and images
• Minor changes to the content, design or layout of pages
• Adding and setting up new Apps/Plug-ins/Widgets*
• Adding blog posts
• Ongoing onsite SEO [Search Engine Optimisation] when requested
• Domain registration and website hosting set-up assistance

How much is 1 credit worth?

1 credit = up to 10 mins of support or maintenance. So a pack of 6 credits gives you up to 1 hour.

Can I purchase more than 1 credit pack?

Yes, bulk purchase is available, more than one credit pack can be purchased in advance.

how do i use the credits?

When you email/phone for support or book in minor maintenance for your website, the work will be logged in 10 minute credit blocks on an on-going ad-hoc basis.

how do i know when my credits have run out?

Clients will be informed when their credits have been used up and automatically sent a new invoice to re-new, unless agreed otherwise.

* DO Apps/Plug-ins/Widgets have an additional cost?

Yes, some Apps/Plug-ins/Widgets have additional fees, but some are free. This will be confirmed with you in advance and then invoiced separately if required.

what if i want my website upgraded or need large scale maintenance?

For website upgrades and large scale maintenance, estimates can be provided. Please contact me.

DO MY CREDITS HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?

You can use your credits for up to 24 months from payment date.
